Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• Medfield, MA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with ATI for authorization before starting assignment
• Follow established treatment plans and protocols for patient care
• Adhere to licensing requirements and maintain active licensure
• Assist in setting up equipment and ensuring a safe environment

Required Qualifications
• Active and valid physical therapy license
• Experience in setting up and managing treatment modalities
• Ability to complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly
• Must be able to start on 01/12 and work dayshift hours
• Credentialing requirements include contract QA

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
• Familiarity with ATI protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and adhere to compliance standards
