Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting, monitoring their condition and administering treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with medication management and patient rehabilitation activities.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies on attendance, punctuality, and safety protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and alarms.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Maryland or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred for HICU-related roles.
• Current certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to facility attendance policies.
• Must be able to float within scope across hospital units as needed.
• References required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in LTAC or long-term care settings.
• Familiarity with ventilator care and complex respiratory patient management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient needs and coordinate care.
