Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient records.
• Promote patient education on injury prevention and health maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering outpatient or inpatient physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
