Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient records.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering outpatient or inpatient therapy services.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to commit to an 8.5-hour shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or rehab facility.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
