Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Assist physicians during complex cardiac procedures.
• Adhere to unit policies and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
• Maintain a sense of urgency in a busy lab environment to ensure timely patient care.
• Provide on-call coverage as required, averaging 9 days per month and 1 weekend per month.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Current ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Ability to work 11-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• High-volume procedural experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional 2+ years of experience in cardiac cath labs.
• Experience with Philips equipment.
• Prior work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
