Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing outpatient rehab services to patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, supporting patient progress and recovery.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize productivity, targeting 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to clinic policies and protocols, with supervision and guidance from licensed therapists.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to float between clinics (if applicable).
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with up to 36 hours guaranteed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with outpatient populations preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour shift.
