Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize efficiency and patient flow
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure documentation and compliance with clinical standards and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed
• Experience with patient populations requiring outpatient therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics and managing diverse patient needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
