• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and assessments.
• Maintain compliance with state and facility regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active NC LPN license or NC/Compact license.
• BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of previous geriatrics LPN experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehab unit with acute rehab patients.
• Ability to handle challenging hall environments.

Additional Details
