Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic support and interventions to promote patient recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
Required Qualifications
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and documentation protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
