Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location
• Waldorf, MD

Schedule / Job Type
• Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans
• Support rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment readiness
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs as directed by therapists
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Maryland
• Proven experience assisting with physical therapy treatments
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a similar outpatient or hospital setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
