Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts: Night (3x12 hours) 19:00–07:00 / Day (3x12 hours) 07:00–19:00
• 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care for liver transplant and transplant patients
• Float within scope to different units as needed
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Follow facility policies, including nail and fingerprinting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
• Active VA or compact state RN license
• Ability to start with all required documentation in place (SSN, DOB, address, phone, email, and shift availability)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
• EPIC electronic charting experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Transplant experience highly preferred
• BSN degree preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptation skills
