Job Title

• Full-time, Night Shift (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients with a focus on comprehensive liver care
• Monitor patient status and respond to changing conditions in a critical care environment
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within scope of practice as needed to support unit needs

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
• Current Virginia or compact licensure as a Registered Nurse
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must include SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email at submission
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Transplant ICU experience highly preferred
• Experience with comprehensive liver care or transplant protocols considered a plus
• Knowledge of VA and facility-specific policies, including the natural nail policy and fingerprinting requirements
