Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under supervision
• Assist in implementing treatment plans ordered by licensed therapists
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation through therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Follow all facility policies and procedures related to patient safety and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Previous experience as a PTA preferred
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
