Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy rehabilitation services to patients in a rehab facility
• Assist in implementing patient treatment plans under supervision
• Support patient recovery and functional independence through targeted interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Minimum of 3 shifts per week, with each shift lasting 12 hours
• Prior experience in a rehab or clinical setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or hospital environment
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and protocols
