Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including stress tests, PYP, and HIDA scans.
- Operate and maintain Siemens imaging equipment.
- Adhere to unit policies and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Provide exemplary patient support and maintaining a family-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in nuclear medicine.
- Ability to perform advanced procedures like cardiac nuclear medicine.
- Knowledge of Siemens imaging systems and Meditech/Synapse EMRs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-focused attitude.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac nuclear medicine procedures.
- Familiarity with stress testing, PYP, and HIDA scans.
- Previous experience working in a hospital unit with patient ratios similar to those described.
