Key Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders.
- Operate equipment and perform treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients regarding care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency with hospital systems such as Epic and Pyxis.
- Ability to operate medical and office equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
