Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records
• Float within scope to other units as needed to meet facility requirements
• Support trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license for Maryland or ability to obtain
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred, 3+ years strongly preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in trauma or neuro-critical care units
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to unit needs
