• Full-time, 3x12 Hour Shifts, Days

Key Responsibilities
• Provide psychiatric nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Float to additional units as needed, primarily for adult behavioral health.
• Ensure compliance with all facility protocols and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to all licensing, certification, and vaccination requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid PA Licensed Registered Nurse or Compact License.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with exceptions possible depending on the unit.
• COVID vaccination and booster status current.
• Pass background checks and provide three supervisor references.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
• No specific charting experience required; must meet all licensing and certification standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in adult behavioral health units.
• Ability to float between units and adapt to different clinical settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
