Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (4x12 hours), 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level 1 trauma hospital
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure swift and efficient patient treatment
• Document patient observations and care activities accurately
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including trauma and critical cases
• Adhere strictly to hospital protocols and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ER experience with travel or 3+ years ER experience without travel
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license (must be in hand, no pending licenses accepted)
• Compliance with NLC guidelines
• Must have at least 100 miles residence distance from facility
• Experience in large hospital and Level 1 trauma centers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Large hospital or trauma center experience highly preferred

Additional Notes

• Shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, four nights per week
• Candidates must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) if they fall during the assignment
• No call-ins or contact from recruiters or credentialing staff will be accepted during the assignment
• Candidates previously employed at the facility must be separated for one year before reapplying
