Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and clinic standards.
• Participate in patient progress assessments and adjust treatments accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• Ability to work 36-40 hours weekly.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have reliable transportation within 50 miles of the clinic for local roles.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Relevant outpatient experience.
• Flexibility to travel or work at multiple clinic locations if needed.
