Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, scheduled between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide circulating support in cardiovascular operating room procedures within a Level 1 trauma center
- Assist with cardiac surgeries, ensuring sterile protocol and assisting surgical team as needed
- Maintain strong scrub skills, particularly in cardiac surgery settings
- Support team during on-call rotations and holidays, including Christmas
- Work efficiently across multiple OR environments including Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
- Previous circulating experience in cardiac surgeries
- Recent and strong scrub experience on cardiac procedures
- Valid CST license
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to float between different OR settings such as Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD
- Flexibility to work scheduled on holidays and weekends as part of rotation
- Experience working in nicotine-free facilities
