Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for inpatient rehabilitation patients, including post-stroke, TBI, and wound care cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and IV therapies following established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and record observations in the electronic medical record (Meditech).
- Assist with mobility and safety using mechanical lifts and supportive equipment.
- Ensure compliance with unit policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- 2+ years of clinical experience, with recent rehab/med-surg background.
- BLS certification.
- IV therapy experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Wound care certification or experience.
- Stroke or TBI patient care experience.
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and thorough in patient assessments and care.
