Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician referrals and treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain adherence to safety and health protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or license eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and standards.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
