Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Set up surgical equipment and instruments required for procedures
• Sterilize inventory and ensure a stocked supply of surgical tools and materials
• Assist in preparing patients for surgery
• Pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgeon during procedures
• Recount surgical supplies and instruments at the end of each operation
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical process
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience or training in surgical technology or sterile techniques
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and surgical instrument handling
• Ability to work in a sterile environment and follow safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a surgical technologist or operating room technician
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
