• Full-time, days shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Complete documentation related to patient care, including coordination with external agencies as required
• Ensure compliance with licensing, billing, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient rehabilitation plans
• Maintain professional and ethical standards throughout service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
• Experience in setting up and managing patient treatment plans
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Equipment will be provided during interview process
• Must be able to start on or after March 2nd with required credentialing clearance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working at ATI or similar healthcare facilities
• Familiarity with contract or credentialing requirements
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Notes

• Shift hours: 8 hours per day
• Billing rate: $85/hour; OT at 1.5x
• Weekly billing cycle, notice period of 30 days, parking provided during first day instructions
