Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intensive Monitoring Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IMC/PCU or stepdown units.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
