Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license or certification in the state of Tennessee.
• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
