Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Proven experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience assisting in pediatric or geriatric therapy.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
