• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location
• Atlanta, GA
Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Contract, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess, prioritize, and stabilize patients with acute conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Respond to emergent situations following established protocols
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Certifications in PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a high-volume emergency room
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under pressure
