• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care in an acute care hospital setting.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, read EKGs, and manage cardiac medications and drips (non-titration).
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC charting system.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including occasional coverage at affiliate hospitals.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Active State Registered Nurse license (MO license or valid compact license in home state).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in telemetry or cardiac units.
• BLS certification; NIH certification required.
• Ability to read cardiac rhythms, manage medications, and understand cardiac drips (non-titration).
• EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Valid SSN and date of birth for credentialing.
• Must be able to complete necessary compliance, licensing, and background requirements prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS and CPI certifications.
• Experience with EPIC charting and reading cardiac rhythms.
• Prior hospital float pool experience.
