Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and therapies.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with the therapy team.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support treatment planning and patient progress tracking.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in clinical settings providing physical therapy assistance.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Must be able to start on 03/09.
• Equipment provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation.
