- Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Potentially float between units as needed
- Participate in weekend rotations and holiday coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- NC LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year GERI experience as an LPN/LVN
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
