- Travel, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy and GI procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, PEG, bronch, and EBUS.
- Assist with procedural prep, patient monitoring, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, unit guidelines, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of GI/endoscopy nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and flexibility traits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
