Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Administer medications and treatments following healthcare protocols.
- Monitor and document patient status and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in weekend rotations and on-call as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license.
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of Geriatric LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
