Schedule / Job Type

• Travel Contract, Night Shifts, 3x12 Hours (1730-0600), 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy and support to patients in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with emergency services and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records system.
• Respond to behavioral health crises and provide stabilization.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington state licensure or Compact license.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts consistently.
• Proof of permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility or willingness to provide proof if over 50 miles.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in emergency or psychiatric settings.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.
