Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Manage multi-system organ failure, blood product administration, and central line care.
• Perform venipuncture, start IVs, and administer procedural and continuous sedation or vasoactive drips.
• Monitor ventilated patients, including ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and suctioning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure infection prevention protocols are followed.
• Utilize EPIC electronic charting system and participate in handoffs and communication with provider support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license (Missouri license required at submission)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to pass Relias EKG exam and demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia management
• Epic EHR system experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN preferred
• Experience in teaching hospitals or travel nursing preferred
• Experience with special procedures such as chest tubes, PICC line management, and wound care
