Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans
• Support patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide supervised rehabilitative services to promote patient recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or equivalent credentials
• Prior experience or training in physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and bedside manner skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
