Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and therapy sessions.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience or training in physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities.
