Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for telemetry patients in a busy hospital setting
- Float across various inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units, managing diverse medical conditions
- Utilize Meditech EMR system to document patient information and care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork to adapt to different units and patient needs
- Maintain compliance with unit policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years telemetered nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong telemetry experience (2+ years)
- Chemo certification (preferred, can be scheduled on Oncology unit)
- Flexibility and willingness to float across units
- Compassionate team player with a patient-centered approach
