Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients across multiple healthcare sites.
• Evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and track progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Float between assigned facilities as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in accordance with facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to work full-time days, Monday through Saturday.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to float between multiple sites.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience working in nursing centers or similar settings a plus.
