Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract (13 to 26 weeks), outpatient/clinic setting
• Flexible start date and contract length
• Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Supportive patient-centered care model with leadership team
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Schedule includes two evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• 30-day cancellation notice

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting
• Manage a patient load of approximately 55-63 patients per week
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Maintain flexibility with shift schedules and start dates

Required Qualifications
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts with a flexible schedule
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Raintree
• Must complete three HealthStream training modules prior to assignment (reimbursement provided upon proof of completion and one shift worked)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient clinics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working evening shifts
