Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13- to 26-week contract
• Schedule: Days, 5 shifts per week, 10.5 hours per shift
• Open to 4x10 schedules; must be available for 2 evenings/week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (Raintree)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
• Manage a productivity rate of 55-63 patients per week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Valid PT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings when required
• Experience with Raintree EMR system preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or similar environments
• Strong patient communication and assessment skills
• Ability to adapt to a new work environment quickly
