Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract (13 weeks), nights shift, 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a high-volume ER setting
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures such as intubations, LP, and sutures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records
• Float to various facilities as needed to support department staffing
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• TNCC certification (must have by start date)
• ENPC certification (must have by start date)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 2 years of ER experience
• Experience with advanced procedures such as intubations, splinting, and suture removal
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to anticipate patient and department needs
