Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Contract, 13 weeks, 36 hours weekly, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), working 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a high-paced emergency department environment.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care for a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow unit policies, safety protocols, and adhere to clinical guidelines.
- Float to other healthcare facilities as needed to support staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must have at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ENPC.
- TNCC certification required by start date.
- Able to start by January 2024.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Greater than 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Experience with advanced procedures such as intubations, suture removal, and splinting.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
