Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients based on individual treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or acute care settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
