Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location: Weston, FL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shift (4x10-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room setting for surgical patients.
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth operations and patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all facility policies, including time-sensitive module completion and nicotine-free requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct RN OR experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be current at time of submission).
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start).
• Valid nursing license accepted upon submission.
• Ability to work at least 36 hours weekly, with scheduled on-call shifts once per week and two weekend shifts per month.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Strong robotics, orthopedic, and neuro surgery experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced surgical environments.
