Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Stepdown ICU, IMC, or PCU setting in an acute care hospital
• Monitor patient vitals and administer treatments according to physician orders
• Document patient progress using Epic electronic health records
• Manage cardiac telemetry and demonstrate telemetry competencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start
• BLS and NIHSS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; 2 years preferred
• Epic electronic health record experience
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Community hospital experience
• Prior charge nurse experience
• Trauma level not required, but experience with acute care is a plus
