Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and routine nursing care to emergency department patients based on acuity levels.
• Float within scope to meet departmental needs, including between like units or sister facilities.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards, including CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Meet facility requirements, including every-other-weekend coverage and on-call responsibilities (if applicable).

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina or multi-state/compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Ability to work the scheduled night shift and meet the acuity demands.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in CPI and TNCC is preferred.
• Prior experience working in acute care or trauma settings.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
