Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel / 13-week contract / Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) / 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments such as cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely and effective patient care
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system (Meditech)
• Support unit operations and patient flow during all night shifts, including weekends

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification; additional certifications such as TNCC, ENPC, or PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience
• Current ARRT certification (if applicable)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 2 years of emergency department experience
• Familiarity with advanced procedures such as cardioversion and moderate sedation
• Strong team player with a positive and flexible attitude
