Key Responsibilities

• Cover assigned shifts including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday nights, performing laboratory testing and analysis.
• Conduct chemistry, hematology, and rapid tests using advanced laboratory equipment.
• Ensure adherence to unit policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely laboratory results.
• Utilize EMR systems effectively for documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT certification (AAB certification not accepted).
• Minimum of one year of hospital laboratory experience.
• Ability to perform routine chemistry, hematology, and rapid tests.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR.
• Familiarity with Siemens Atellica Ci1900, Sysmex, ACL Top 350, and Beckman DxH analyzers.
• Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital laboratory setting.
